Since many of you have asked how tonsillectomy is performed, I have included the tonsillectomy brochure under "Tonsillectomy" in the Patient Services tab on the website. It is called "Coblation" and is one of the most advanced methods in removing tonsils. This is the most common method I use. Its advantage is minimal or no bleeding and improved post operative pain.
