I just had a patient in the hospital with bad sinus problems and a blocked sinus. I used balloon technology to open the blocked sinus at the bedside, only local anesthetics used! Didn't have to go to surgery. A lot of pus came out and she was so relieved!
I took a culture of it and we will see what bacteria was inside.
